Our tiers reflect the time and complexity required for the project. Defined projects are simple and quick, while Deluxe projects involve more design work, revisions, or customisation. On each products page, you will see a description clarifying what is involved with each tier for that product. If you are unsure - please get in touch and we can confirm what works for your needs. Designers Desk has the ability to change your chosen tier once we have reviewed the scope. If there is a change needed, you will be notified and given the choice to proceed with our suggestion, or to get a refund.

Yes! If you don’t see the service you need, contact us and we can create a custom order and send you a quote.

Absolutely! Just upload your brand guidelines, logos, and assets when placing your order.

Each service includes x2 revisions. If any extra revisions are required, these will be charged out at $99 per hour. Our team would consult you about this before we would proceed. Revisions include small adjustments like layout tweaks, colour changes, or text edits.

For more complex projects we can arrange a call if needed.

Turnaround times vary depending on the design and tier, please get in touch with us if you would like an estimated timeline. Once the order is placed, our team will be in contact in 1 - 2 business days.

You’ll receive the final design in the formats you need for print or digital use. Editable files can be included depending on the service.

Payment is made at checkout when placing your order so we can begin work straight away. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout. For a custom order, we will require a 50% deposit of our quote before we begin - with the rest being billed at completion.
